We understand that financial jargon can be off-putting and create barriers to learning. Our glossary of financial terms and plain English content helps demystify confusing language and terminology. We never want complexity to get in the way of engaging with personal financial wellbeing.
Value for Money
With budgets under pressure and increasing employment costs, financial stress impacts employers as well as employees. We will always offer value for money financial wellbeing solutions, keeping our cost base low so that we can pass on savings to our clients.
Transparency
We will never promote or recommend financial products such as loans, savings or investments. MoneyFit content signposts users to carefully researched resources and we have no affiliations with any financial product providers.
Meet the Founder
Francis Goss is the founder of MoneyFit with over 25 years’ experience in employee engagement, communication and wellbeing. Francis was formerly Director of People Experience at Gallagher with a focus on client financial wellbeing solutions.
Francis is a founding member of the DWP’s Pensions Dashboard Steering Group and on the Advisory Board of Engage for Success, the UK’s employee engagement task-force. Francis holds an Honours degree in Law, a diploma in employee motivation and is a keen rower and scuba diver.
